Leger announced the nomination of Luc Brousseau as Vice-President of Leger Digital. Within the scope of his functions, Luc will lead the teams in charge of customer experience management and the new Online Community Platform. Based in Montreal, Leger is the largest Canadian-owned survey, marketing research and analytics firm with more than 400 employees in six Canadian and American offices.
For nearly 20 years, Luc owned Lanla, a firm specialized in Mystery Shopper programs and measuring consumer experience. He has provided consulting services to several major Canadian brands on the marketing and operational fronts. “I’m proud to join this great team, Leger is the only Canadian firm that combines polling and digital expertise. Leger can now integrate all consumer information from online, offline, pointof-sale, IVR, call centre, email and social media surveys into a single powerful, real-time digital platform.”
Thanks to his extensive experience in business performance management and as a consumer experience specialist, Luc oversaw the implementation and management of customer service and staff performance improvement programs for more than 150 major companies in Canada. In recent years, he has gained leading expertise in the development of mobile apps, SAAS platforms and artificial intelligence.
